HOTEL UPDATE

 

Friends & Guests,

The health and safety of our staff and guests is our top priority. With guidance from the CDC and other government entities, we are implementing a wide range of new procedures to enhance cleaning and minimize contact.


FOR YOUR SAFETY

  • PROCEDURES FOR PHYSICAL DISTANCING HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL FOR GUESTS AND STAFF. We ask that guests remain physically distant from other groups while on property. Staff will practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from guests when possible.

  • HOUSEKEEPING STANDARDS include the use of hospital grade cleaning solutions and other precautions. All previously occupied rooms are left vacant for a period of 48 hours before being disinfected, cleaned and returned to service.

  • IN-STAY HOUSEKEEPING IS SUSPENDED; our housekeepers are not entering the rooms during stays and are focused on thorough departure cleanings and pre-arrival cleanings.

  • HAND SANITIZER IS PROVIDED throughout the property at all entrances and within guest rooms.

  • REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL LINENS, TOWELS OR SUPPLIES will be delivered to your door.

  • Staff is FREQUENTLY DISINFECTING PUBLIC SPACES including restrooms, door handles, water dispensers, handrails, lounge and seating areas, and more.


FOR TEAM SAFETY

  • ALL STAFF WILL HAVE THEIR TEMPERATURE TAKEN at the beginning of their shift. Anyone with a fever, showing signs of illness, or exhibiting virus symptoms will be advised to see a medical professional immediately.

  • FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL STAFF WITHIN THE HOTEL. Our entire team is trained on the importance of wearing masks, and gloves where applicable, and will be taking precautions to provide a safe environment for our guests.

  • WASH HANDS FREQUENTLY with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching face.
